Scrivimi di S. M. Davidson (hereinafter Scrivimi) ships via couriers (SDA, TNT, UPS).
Orders are processed within 24 working hours after the order date, subject to confirmation of payment and availability of the goods and will be processed within 3-5 working days. Scrivimi will send an e-mail certifying the shipment. In case of non-receipt of the mentioned e-mail, the customer can contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipment will be made excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders sent over the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) will be processed the following Monday morning.
For other particular periods of the year, Christmas, Easter etc. relative timing will be communicated directly on the website.
Scrivimi will in no case be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in delivery of an order.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before giving a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If the package appears damaged or if the warranty tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt by adding the words “WITH RESERVE TO INSPECT GOODS”, or refuse delivery.
