Sales prices
VAT 22%: The prices of the items sold by Scrivimi di S.M. Davidson (hereinafter Scrivimi) are inclusive of VAT 22% for all customers living in countries of the European Union.
The prices of the items sold on www.scrivimifirenze.it may vary in relation to discounts, promotions and currency changes. There may be discrepancies in retail prices between items on the site and those in the store, as well as special offers, sales and promotions.
Colors
Scrivimi takes the presentation of its products into great consideration. However, since the display of a color depends on your computer screen, it is possible that the colors displayed by the customer may differ slightly from the real ones. Scrivimi reserves the right to change the style, design and colors of its products without notice.
Craftsmanship
For leather and bookbinding goods: if there are small imperfections these are due to the craftsmanship of the product. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Payment and delivery methods
Scrivimi, having received the order request, reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card or PayPal and to check the details of previous transactions made by the customer.
If for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the customer’s request, it will be promptly notified by Scrivimi, providing for the full refund of the amount already paid at the time of the order using the same payment method chosen by the customer. The customer accepts, at the time of the order, these terms and conditions of sale, therefore in the cases listed above he will not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity, other than that relating to the advance payment at the time of purchase.
Scrivimi reserves the right not to accept orders by e-mail and telephone. In addition, incomplete orders, incorrectly completed or with information that does not correspond to the truth will not be considered valid.
Scrivimi reserves the right to make changes and / or corrections to the site whenever it deems it necessary and without giving notice. Scrivimi has the right to rectify the conditions of the legal notes at its sole discretion and if it deems it appropriate. The customer is therefore invited to periodically consult the site and check that he is updated.
Shipping fees
Scrivimi di S. M. Davidson (hereinafter Scrivimi) ships via SDA or UPS couriers.
Orders are processed within 24 working hours after the order date, subject to confirmation of payment and availability of the goods and will be processed within 3-5 working days. Scrivimi will send an e-mail certifying the shipment. In case of non-receipt of the mentioned e-mail, the customer can contact customer support at info@scrivimifirenze.it
Shipment will be made excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders sent over the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) will be processed the following Monday morning.
For other particular periods of the year, Christmas, Easter etc. relative timing will be communicated directly on the website.
Scrivimi will in no case be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in delivery of an order.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before giving a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If the package appears damaged or if the warranty tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt by adding the words “WITH RESERVE TO INSPECT GOODS”, or refuse delivery.

Terms of withdrawal
The customer can withdraw from the contract to the following conditions without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, if he does not find the product to his liking.
– by communicating to Scrivimi located in Piazza del Mercato Centrale 40R, 50134 Florence, Italy by email to the following address: info@scrivimifirenze.it sent within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the products.
Scrivimi will issue a return authorization by e-mail. The customer, subject to the authorization of Scrivimi, must arrange for the return of the purchased products at his own expense, which must be received, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, Scrivimi di S.M. Davidson, Piazza del Mercato Centrale 40R, 50134 Florence, which can be found on the transport document (DDT) inserted inside the package received. The withdrawal will be considered exercised correctly when the following conditions have been fully respected:
– has been communicated in the manner and time provided;
– the products have been returned in the way and time provided;
– the returned products are intact and have not been used or damaged;
– the products are returned in their original packaging and equipped with tags and identification codes;
– the returned products are sent to the Scrivimi shop in a single shipment;
– items of the same order returned separately or at different times will not be accepted;
– returns for personalized items will not be accepted.
Scrivimi, after having received the return and verifying compliance with the conditions listed above, will send an e-mail confirming the return and will refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the communication of withdrawal, by paying the amount on the customer’s credit card or PayPal account with the value identical to that of the debit. The shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products, as well as those relating to their return, will not be refunded. If there is no correspondence between the receiver of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out in any case to the person who made the payment and therefore on the credit card charged.
It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the products are entirely carried by the customer. Scrivimi will accept the returned goods reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in compliance with the conditions indicated above. In particular, the original packaging of the product must be duly coated with other protective packaging in order to preserve its integrity and also protect it from writing or labels affixed by the forwarder in charge of transport or by third parties. The right of withdrawal lapses in its entirety in case of return of the products after the aforementioned term, or without compliance with all the conditions indicated above. In this case, Scrivimi will have the right to withhold the sums paid by the customer for the purchase of the products, returning the products to the customer at the customer’s expense, or withholding the returned products and refunding the price, after deducting all expenses incurred and the damages suffered due to the delay in the return, or damage to the products.
The packaging of the product must indicate:
– the sender (name and surname)
– the words “E-Shop Withdrawal”
